Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to minimize these changes and give our customer the best and accurate pricing and product. Regardless of our best efforts, few number of items on our web store may be mispriced.
In the occasion a product is mispriced by any means i.e. typographical, photographic or technical error or error in pricing information received from us by suppliers. HollywoodTradersLLC reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that particular product listed at the incorrect price.
Case A: If the price of the commodity is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower price and the shipping will be done.
Case B: If the price of the commodity is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you about the same. Of course customer have an opportunity to do the purchase that item at the correct price if you wish.
Although we make maximum effort to verify pricing before charging your credit card, HollywoodTradersLLC holds the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on mispriced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. HollywoodTradersLLC shall instantly issue a credit to your credit card account if you have already purchased the product and your order will be canceled.
